Technical specifications :
Rings / Slices / Flakes / kibbled are obtained from varieties of white/Red onions specially selected and grown for dehydration purpose.

Particle size : 6 - 25 mm.
Application : Used in varied food preparations Wherever onion flavor & taste is required & appearance & texture of onion is desired.

Application :Soups, sauces, canned / dry / frozen food, salad dressings and in all preparations requiring the presences of pieces of onions, like pre - cooked dishes, stewed and braised meat, fish, stocks, marinades and onion pies
